Hmm… I wonder where I can get my hands on those Ceci mags without having to trek to Korea..
Vitamin A: anti wrinkle (eg. carrots, eggs, green vegetables – also good for your eye sight)
Vitamin B: moisture (eg. potatoes, bananas)
Vitamn C: health and beauty (eg. blackcurrant, kiwi fruit, orange)
Vitamin E: anti-ageing (eg. corn, oils such as peanut, sunflower, olive)
